Guest columnist

Hi world . . . Bennett here. Dad left his laptop on, so I thought I’d tell you what I am up to. I had a 2 month check up yesterday (I’m really 2 months on July 5th . . . Grandma Linda’s birthday. Happy Birthday Grandma! Were you born in a hospital like me?). Anyway, I used to be in the 10th percentile of kids my age, now I’m in the 50th percentile. In other words, I’m growing like a weed. I’m like Nebraska corn . . . knee high for the 4th of July! Where is Nebraska?

I’m having fun here in Colorado. Mommy and Daddy took me to my first concert last week.

The Aggrolites played a free concert at the Ford Amphitheater in Vail. It was kind of loud and I didn’t know there were that many people in the world. They were a "dirty" (like my diaper) reggae band and they even played one kids song:

What’s a Banana? I hope that song doesn't stick in your head like it does mine.

Tomorrow we are going to the fireworks in Avon. I don’t like fire or work, but daddy says I’ll love the fireworks.

Damn (don’t tell my mom I said that), this typing thing is kind of hard with my little fingers. Can I get a infant keyboard up in here? Why is there a “n” in damn? This English language doesn’t make any scents . . . I mean cents . . . er, sense.

I’m getting hungry . . . I need to go find Mommy.

Buy . . . By . . . Bye

Bennett
